Hume Health Corp wants humebodypod.org and the Hume Health app to work well for everyone, including people navigating the site with assistive technology. Here's where things stand, and how to flag something that isn't working.

What We're Aiming For

Our target is WCAG 2.1, Level AA, across humebodypod.org. In practice, that means things like:

• Meaningful alt text on images that carry information, not just decoration.
• Text-to-background contrast that stays readable throughout the site.
• Full keyboard access to menus, the mobile navigation, and interactive elements like the FAQ accordion.
• Semantic markup and ARIA labeling so screen readers announce headings, buttons, and regions correctly.
• Layouts that hold together when text is resized or zoomed in.

A Moving Target, Not a Checklist

We don't treat this as something to finish once — the site changes, and so does our accessibility work. If you hit a wall anywhere on humebodypod.org or in the app, we'd genuinely like to know.

Reporting an Issue

If assistive technology runs into trouble somewhere on the site, tell us. It helps if you can include:

• Which page or app screen it happened on
• A short description of what went wrong
• What assistive technology, browser, or device you were using

We look at accessibility reports promptly, and anything blocking someone from browsing, learning about, or buying the product jumps to the front of the line.

Where Our Control Ends

Parts of humebodypod.org — checkout, for instance — run on third-party services. We pick vendors that take accessibility seriously, but we can't fully control how they build their own components. If you run into a problem in one of those, tell us anyway; we'll push on the vendor or find another way to get you through.
